Start by telling us about your child and what they’re into right now.
Then think about how they love to have fun in one of three categories.

Perfect for kids who love art, color, design, crafting, decorating, and making something uniquely their own.
2. EXPERIMENT
Perfect for kids who love science, reactions, experiments, slime, potions, and discovering how things work.
3. ENGINEER
For builders, inventors, and kids who love designing, constructing, tinkering, and creating things they can play with.

We’ll look for creative ways to combine what your child loves with a hands-on experience that works beautifully for a birthday celebration. Don’t see your child’s idea on a list? That’s okay. We LOVE a challenge!

FIRST 15 MINUTES
Welcome + Arrival Activity – Guests jump right into a fun arrival activity—often Spin Art—as soon as they walk in.
NEXT 55 MINUTES
The Main Event! – Our Studio Bella instructors take over and lead the kids through their art, science, engineering, or themed party experience.
LAST 20 MINUTES
Time to Celebrate! It’s time for the refreshments: you bring cake, cupcakes, drinks, sing Happy Birthday, and celebrate your birthday child!

This is where Studio Bella gets to do what we do best.
We’ll take what you’ve told us about your birthday child – their interests, age, theme, and what they love to do—and help turn it into a hands-on Studio Bella party experience.
We’ll plan the activities, gather the supplies, prepare the room, provide the instructors, and keep the kids creating and having fun.
You don’t have to figure out how to entertain a room full of kids. We do!
We’re not an open-play birthday venue—and we’re definitely not cookie-cutter!
Every Studio Bella party is a facilitated creative experience. Our team keeps the kids engaged while they create, experiment, build, engineer, and have fun together.
Tell us what your child loves, and we’ll help create a party experience around them.
And parents? You actually get to enjoy the party! We lead the activities and handle the supplies, setup, and cleanup.
Our birthday parties are designed for children ages 4 and up. We tailor the activities and projects to the age of the birthday child and their guests.

Studio Bella parties are designed to keep the kids engaged from the moment they arrive.
15 minutes — Arrival Activity
We start with a fun activity, often spin art, while guests arrive.
55 minutes — Main Party Experience
This is where the creating, experimenting, building, engineering, and fun happen!
20 minutes — Refreshments & Birthday Celebration
The final 20 minutes are reserved for refreshments, cake or cupcakes, singing Happy Birthday, and celebrating the birthday child.
Studio Bella birthday parties are 90 minutes from start to finish.

For parties of up to 24 children, we provide two instructors. For parties of 25–30 children, we provide three instructors.

One of the best parts of a Studio Bella party is that kids often create something they’re excited to take home.
Depending on the party experience you choose, their creation can become the party favor—one less thing for you to buy, stuff, and hand out!
We’ve got it!
Studio Bella party instructors lead the children’s activities and keep the party moving. You don’t have to plan games or figure out how to entertain a room full of kids.
During the final refreshment portion, we’ll assist as needed while also beginning our cleanup so you can spend that time celebrating and visiting with your guests

Parents are welcome to join the fun or relax and visit in our separate Parent Room.
Yes! Drop-off is welcome.
If children will be dropped off at your party, please let us know in advance so our team is prepared.
Our Studio Bella team members are background-checked and fingerprinted and complete required training for working with children.
You’re welcome to bring your own refreshments.
Most families bring cake or cupcakes and drinks, and some also bring pizza or light snacks.
Because we have 20 minutes for refreshments and the birthday celebration, we recommend choosing foods that are quick and easy to serve and enjoy.
Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Alcohol is not permitted.
Depending on what you’d like to serve or add to the room, you may want to bring:
- Cake or cupcakes
- ight snacks or keep it simple with cake
- Drinks
- Plates, napkins, and utensils
- Balloons
- A birthday banner or sign
- Tablecloths
- Simple tabletop decorations
We provide all of the supplies needed for the Studio Bella activities and projects.

You’re welcome to bring light decorations such as balloons, a birthday banner or sign, tablecloths, and simple tabletop decorations.
The birthday family may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party to bring in refreshments and add decorations.

Our large, colorful Studio Bella room is designed for kids to create, experiment, engineer, and have FUN!
For most parties, we’ll have ready for you:

✓ A separate 6-foot refreshment table
✓ A gift table just outside the party room
For our largest parties, we add another guest table.
You walk in and the room is ready to PARTY!
Yes!
We set up the Studio Bella activity space before you arrive and handle all of the cleanup afterward.
You bring your refreshments and any light decorations you’d like, and we take care of the rest.
Birthday parties are generally available Saturday mornings and afternoons and Sunday afternoons.
Our reservation form lists the specific party time slots available for booking.
We recommend booking approximately two months in advance, especially if you have a particular date or time in mind.
The earlier you reserve, the better your chances of getting your first-choice date!
We need your final guest count two weeks before the party so we can make sure we have everything ready for your guests.
No problem! We’ll welcome them in, and they’ll join the party wherever we are in the activity at that time.
Because our parties follow a planned schedule, we aren’t able to restart completed portions of the activity for late arrivals.
Siblings are welcome if they are invited by the birthday family.
If a sibling will be participating in the activities, please include them in your child guest count.
Please tell us about allergies or special needs before the party so we can prepare whenever possible.
For children who need additional individual assistance or supervision, we may ask that a parent or caregiver remain at the party with them.

We’re located on the second floor of White Rock United Methodist Church.
Our entrance is on the back side of the church. Look for our colorful Studio Bella sign above the stairs and the brightly colored railings.

Our party facilitators are background-checked Studio Bella team members who also work with children through our camps, after-school programs, classes, and events.
Our team members complete required training, including 15 hours of training annually for our licensed afterschool program.
We recommend reviewing our cancellation and rescheduling policy before reserving your party so you know exactly what to expect if your plans change.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Because we begin planning your customized party and purchasing/preparing materials after you reserve: Party Size Your reserved party size may be increased, but not reduced, after booking.
If you originally choose a party for up to 24 children and need to increase the party size to up to 30, a $25 administrative fee will apply.
If you increase your headcount within 5 days of the party, a $75 rush fee will apply to cover last-minute sourcing and/or expedited supply shipping.
We will do our best to accommodate additional guests, but additions are subject to space and material availability and may involve an additional cost.
Rescheduling A $25 rescheduling fee applies if you move your party to another available date.
50% of your total party fee is non-refundable once your reservation is confirmed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 10 days or fewer before the party. Refunds or credits are not provided for guests who do not attend.
